Cancellation and Refund

All our products are handcrafted and have been individually picked from a variety of locations. We also pride ourselves with gathering some really vintage pieces, sometimes only one of a kind. Each product is therefore unique and different from each other. Do bear this in mind before asking for a return.

Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.

Please ensure,

• You double check the shipping address for mistakes.
• You provide a contact number on the address.
• Someone is there to pick up. Our courier agencies will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
• Carefully see the product description and the pictures on the mannequin for size.

In case of a return,

1. Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. Please email us at  ad***@ha**************.in with a photograph of the product and the package.
2. Once we authorize the return in 7 days , we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
3. Refunds will be issued within 7days into your Bank account, after we have received the shipment in a good condition.
